This is the lowest ever price I've seen for the product on Amazon.

Im done spending money on the Xbox platform. This is a good deal, but I'd rather put this amount towards a PS5 which lets you upgrade with a NVME drive

I've hit the wall with xbox. They need steam integration on the Series S/X or their new $800 console will flop

Their new console will be niche and won't sell near as many units

Proprietary on storage was a dumb move, especially when they make far more money on game pass and game sales, cheap storage incentivizes those.

I have aged 5 years waiting for this deal. In that time, I was so upset that instead of buying a 2tb card I bought 3 XSX console (at $320 each). I would have preferred a 2tb card but i couldn't justify spending an exorbitant amount on storage space.

I'm just gonna use the 1tb cards I have. Like you, kinda moved on. This is only a good deal bc of them removing competitive third party solutions and keeping this product the only offering of storage expansion. I'm not supporting Xbox for the future bc of this consumer unfriendly maneuver.

I hear steam machines coming back, gonna jump on PC and the others. But XSX will be it. They have done gaming wrong.

Having that said, those upgrading from 1tb expansion to 2tb. Transfer 1tb internal to 2tb. Then transfer 1tb expansion to internal. Then transfer 1tb internal to 2tb card. The only way I can think of.
