Gorgon has been great for my kids. Steering servo went out on both pretty early though, $20 or so to replace from Amazon.

horizon would have most likely sent you new servos for free.

Gorgon has been super fun. Run it until you burn the brushed engine, then swap it for a brushless one for extra speed and fun.

My kid was super into RC for a bit. Had a small YouTube channel, but kind of lost interest. Arrma makes pretty good stuff. urlhasbeenblocked is your friend if you are looking to go from brushed to brushless. It will likely require an ECU swap to go brushless. A few years ago 30ish dollars was what they went for on bangood.
