Good deal I bought this for $50 a few years ago and no issues and have not needed to replace battery yet. I use it with Home Assistant through zwave. I wonder if Amazon is liquidating ring alarm components. Everything is on sale

I am using regular ring contact sensor for ouside. Installed it under one of the 2x4 joints.. working for couple years now. Also I am using this sensor with SmartThings
