They already (sort of) did. They implemented a workaround due to the ongoing legal issues with Masimo. Now the watch takes an spO2 reading and sends it to the phone to compute the value. You have to use the phone's health app to view the reading instead of directly on the watch.
Ordered my ultra 3 from Costco on 9/29 with delivery to warehouse. It arrived and was picked up on 10/2. It is now $80 off but the app doesn't allow me to do a price adjustment because of the order date even though it was still in Costco's hands until 10/2.
Anyone know any magic to get a price adjustment? Local warehouse said they can't do adjustments for online orders.
