is it difficult to find a matching non-stick wok since it is concave and I need something of exact match?
I conditioned the wok in the oven (remove the plastic handle cover, lightly oil, leave it for an hour at 450) and it has remained seasoned/non-stick perfect ever since.
I would have liked this lower price, but I enjoyed using it so much it does not bother me. Its true that it works best when you cook smaller amounts for 1 or 2. Perfect for me.

Basically: to be extremely careful about small amounts of money and unwise about larger amounts.

It is thin so it does not retain heat well, but I do not think that is a disadvantage. It is nice to be able to cool something that is burning a bit almost instantly, And, it heats almost instantly as well so you have a lot of control.
