Hmm, I just got the Acer Predator Helios 14 Open Box with 4070 for $720 after tax. It has soldered 16GB, and an IPS screen, but same exact specs otherwise. For $350 more I can get this OLED, and it includes a 2 year extended warranty, but it seems the GPU is 50W, I'm curious if a VBIOS flash can increase that.

The laptop cooling solution is the limiting factor for that 50W GPU.
