Got this for $40+tax in June from a similar deal. I'm not a flashlight enthusiast but figured what the hell cuz other people hyped it up.

Super heavy. Super long battery life. And super bright. Common accessories include a diffuser you attach to the front to act as a lamp.

The 5K version is recommended over the 6.5K as it's more of a natural light.

As an urban dweller, not yet much daily use for it. Mainly for power outages or to use as a bludgeon in the event someone attacks me.

For kicks, I brought it trick or treating last night. Worked great on a low setting, I just need to find a lanyard or some other way to make it easier to carry cuz it's a brick.

Hope you find this helpful. Maybe others can offer tips to increase its usefulness.

I have this. It is super bright and has nice form factor. It is best for short time usage only as it only last for maybe 3-5 minutes at high settings and 1-2 min at turbo.

I also have Costco's Infinity X1 5000lumen which lasts more than double the usage time. And it is already very bright for everyday usage. While there is noticeable difference between the two, the extra brightness is no longer useful. Currently Costco has the newer model of X1 (7000 lumen) @ $39.99 after $10 off.

If I could only get one, I will pick X1 w/ 7000 lumen due to battery duration. It also has an battery case to take in AA batteries in case build in lithium battery runs low. Highly recommend X1.

But if you are flashlight hobbyist, get both. 🙂
