I always wonder about these Chinese bikes. If something breaks, is it easy to get warranty service? Easy/cheap to get replacements parts?

The parts are usually commoditized/generic and can be found on ali express/amazon, but depends on the bike. Don't expect anyone to come repair it though. At best you will have parts sent to you and you swap it or hope your local bike shop is willing to work on it for a cost. That said, they aren't hard to work on if you have basic mechanic skills. The only special took I needed in addition to a basic tool set was a crank arm puller and a spider nut, both of which can be had for ~$20 on Amazon, and it's rare you need to pull those off. I just wanted longer crank arms.

Always people acting like working on these bikes requires a degree. If you have basic technical ability and can watch YouTube you can repair these bikes. There really isn't much to them and most components are usually plug and play. Ive never run into something I couldn't fix myself on these kind of e-bikes. This is a cheap entry level bike and it is going to be fine for most casual riders.
