Ran into the same thing. Then I dropped the quantity back to 1 and the price drops to $2.88. So for anyone else: you don't need the 40% off deal (by buying more than one). You only need to order one, apply the coupon and apply the discount code.

I bought this couple of weeks ago and the beads are extremely tiny. My kiddo couldn't even hold them in hands. I returned it.
