You definitely wanna realize that it does not include the 12 pin power adapter!
It'll cost you another $25 and wait time...

This is not a very good deal. You can get a brand new one with the 12 pin adapter for 499 these days. This card would be 475 once you pay for the adapter (and you need to wait to get it). It's not worth it to give up the full warranty to save 24 bucks.
