Secondly, a friendly reminder - not everyone needs unlimited talk/text/data. Some people just want an emergency phone, or something with a valid number that they can give out for spammy crap like stores asking for a phone number for discounts. You said so yourself. If you think that's not useful - enjoy all that spam, I guess.
Thirdly, a 4G radio is fine for most applications. A micro SD card slot will let you add half a freaking terabyte of storage for 20 or 30 bucks. No one using this kind of phone needs more than 4gb of ram. These are great devices for people who just want to fit an absolute crap ton of apps, music, movies, and TV onto a phone.

I got my shipping confirmation today on mine, ordered yesterday.
So as I look at my 256 gb iPhone 13 with 56gb of used space, I say you have no idea what you are talking about.
Just because you need something does not mean someone else does not have different needs. You seem to have a hard time understanding this.
