Higher in saturated fat while being lower in protein and fiber compared to the standard Quest bars. BUT... also lower in calories and quite a bit more pleasant texturally.

Snagged a box.

Amazon will not stop charging tax for these in Minnesota even though it's illegal to collect tax on food.

Bought 2 boxes of these last sale and I have to say...pretty tasty! Yeah they're less of a "protein" bar but I treat these as low-glycemic desserts and for that they work well. I do agree the texture is a bit firmer than most Quest and, for me at least, that's a good thing. Just wanted to share these are a win for my use.

How are these less of a protein bar? They have 18g of protein for only 150 calories. They actually have some of the best macros of any protein bar ever...

Most seem to have as much saturated fat or close to it as a Hershey bar

Trace amounts. Also...

"Protein Bars: A separate 2025 report from the Clean Label Project, which tested 165 popular snack and nutrition bars from 50 brands, found that all products had detectable levels of heavy metals."
