I have used the Bambu profiles for every random brand I have bought and it worked out just fine. Unless it's some crazy specialty filament they are all very similar in my opinion.

If you can't figure out how to print a temperature tower, and set flow rates you probably should depend on Bambu labs to hold your hand. Just goes to show how far Bambu labs has dumbed down this hobby. This is good filament at a good price, works fine with my prusa printers with the generic petg profile.

LOL is this a joke? Kingroon is damn good filament. Bambu users are so privileged with the profiles lol. calibrate it yourself and make your own profile
Kingroon is made by same manufacture as Sunlu

There is no filament profile for this brand in Bambu Labs Studio app. I don't want to buy 10 rolls and be stuck with garbage filament. I've used Sunlu profile for Sunlu filament and perfect prints!

I would not buy this unless it has a filament profile. Otherwise, you may as well throw your money down the toilet

I have 60 rolls of Kingroon PETG and PLA printing just fine on my Bambu A1, Prusa MK3 and FF AD5X.

They haven't dumbed down, they seemed out this kind of user base who are willing to pay $15-20 for kg of filament. This is the reason why they rfid is so important for them.

I run it on genetic profile. No issues after too many prints to count.

Anyone else or just me? I bought 10 PETG and PLA spools last sale. PLA never works well for me. it doesn't seem to want to stick to the plate at some points. PETG is better, but still fails a couple of times. I had to lower the first layer speed and did so many modifications, but it's still hit and miss. I feel like they are junk. I'm really surprised everyone is giving good reviews

Would you mind sharing the settings from your petg profile for your ad5x?

I use the default for FF HS PETFG but just slow down the rate to 100mm/s. For some reason I couldn't find a "Basic" PETG FF profile on the slicer. Prints have been really good, but I'm sure could be better if I tinker with the flow rate.... I'm just too lazy, and it already works great.

Kingroon has profiles for their filaments that can be used with Bambu Lab printers:

FWIW I recently tried Kingroon PETG for the first time from another 10 pack Slickdeals post and I've had good luck with it. Just yesterday I finished off my third spool. While I'm not wild about the shiny appearance, it prints just fine for me.

I appreciate the info, and will try it out, any change to z-hop?
