Update: Received yesterday and so far I am not impressed on basic things. It's considerably smaller than Costco one, yet every bit as slow. 5.5 min for 2 slices of toasts on level 3 with Costco one, and exactly same on this one using one side. I guess half space with half the heat means same amount of time. I used that setting to reheat 2 slices of pizza and they were barely warm. To compare, my 7 yr old Cuisinart did 4 toasts in 2.5 min, and would burn 2 slices of pizza on Bagel setting in 3.5 minute.
There are cool features on this one though, like placing the divider automatically enables split settings, and rotisserie rack. There are some annoying things as well. There is no flat wire tray for split use, only a large one, so pizza slices would have to go into basket tray if you are using split config. The buttons are not backlit so hard to see at times, especially since they are sandwiched between the bright screen and dial ring light.
I am still on the fence about this one.. and the Costco one for that matter. The old Cuisinart is still in the basement just in case I don't like the new ones..
