The ESMAX posted earlier today for $186 has air tires and a 14.5Ah battery. Get that one instead.

Good call.

Any idea where consistent replacement parts, like the air tires, are available for delivery in the US?

How exactly did this scooter get to the "Sporting goods" category? 😁

The listing for the ESMAX says it has solid tires. Looking at reviews around the internet it seems there might be a version with and without solid tires, but I'm not sure. It could also be an inaccurate description. The tires in this seem to be the kind with holes that at least seem to provide slightly more cushioning, but there's no arguing with the bigger battery on the ESMAX.

This is one of the arguments against dealing with distant services, even while AliExpress has local US warehousing. Many foreign suppliers stocked up when Trump was running again, to adapt to higher tariffs; but that doesn't magically span the distance to parts that aren't necessarily available, or if they're the correct parts to begin with.

I have the ESMAX and it has air tires. They say they are self sealing so perhaps they have some sort of sealant/slime in them like tubeless bike tires. When I got mine I was confused by this as well, but if I remember right, the video in the ad showed the valve stems of the air tires. Those solid tires with holes do maybe help a tiny bit but very little to provide cushioning. For teens or adults I think it makes the ride much safer having air tires and a basic suspension. I go max 22mph on my ESMAX and didn't feel safe going above 15 on my kids LP80 with those solid tires with holes.
