For context I bought the A16 version with RX7700S for $680 in July 2024. Great laptop. I'd say this is a good price.

I bought this laptop over a month ago and using it daily.

It's definitely a workhorse. Battery lasts 3-4 hours easily with basic work. Haven't put it through the ringer with games yet but the few I've tried have run very smooth and performed well.

One note: RAM is upgradable but it has two DIMMs for 8gb so if you're looking to add more, you're going to have to buy two sticks.

Been eyeing this laptop all weekend - Need an upgraded laptop for processing my insta360 8K 360 footage. Hopefully it can last me 4 or so years, including when the newer cameras have higher resolution. Just pulled the trigger. Will upgrade RAM to (2) 16GB and shove in a 1TB NVME SSD. Good to go

This is a slick deal, even better than the current $629 Walmart Nitro RTX 5050 or $650 Best Buy Lenovo LOQ RTX 5050 deal that quickly sold out. This Asus TUF A15 has 90 watt hour battery for excellent battery life and up to 140 watt RTX 4060. The Nitro V16 has a better R5 240 processor (rebranded R5 8645HS) and possibly better screen, but Nitro V16 has only 135 watt power supply. PayPal has 5% cash back offer you can clip for Pay in 4. You can even use PayPal Pay in 4 to buy Staples gift cards for more aggressive cash back if you choose.
Staples has over 400 TUF A15 in stock, so this deal should last for days. The only negative I see for this deal is Staples holiday extended return does not start until November 16th, so only 14 day return on this deal.
