throw it small mince beef or chicken, then mix up with celentro, jalepenos ans green onions. Stir fry,..... you'll thank me later

It's a Chinese chilli sauce, can go with fried rice, lo mein etc. You can also use this to spice up installs noodles too.

Links says it's "garlic" and there's another option for chili garlic which is not available for the price. But the picture under "garlic" shows chili garlic. Not sure if I should order this; I want chili garlic.

edit: never mind, I put in an order. I think it is chili garlic

No, but I am excited about saving 23%. Also, this frequently goes out of stock, even in California, where you can find it in most grocery stores.

Think of it as a hot sauce in thicker, almost paste-like form. I've used it in stirfry, on rice bowls, noodles, sautéing vegetables, sauces, marinades, and dressings, pizza, eggs - anywhere you want a little bit of heat and garlic.
