Like these but word of warning. Absolutely must wet the brush before using. They get super hard when dry. Ripped up my gums first few days.

They are Medium firmness which is pretty rough. I personally can't handle anything other than soft bristles.

I definitely stay away from charcoal tooth brushes to abrasive not recommended by ada.
