If you plan on leaving the hose out and exposed to the elements, it doesn't seem like this would be good. Its instructions say to keep it in a cool, shaded area. If you plan on doing that, it might work well for you.

You need to understand the pros and cons of these type of hoses. They are not for every day use, leaving it outside during summers and winters and dragging it by concrete and asphalt. It will as the reviews comment, last about 6 months with regular use like a typical garden hose. e.g. one season. They are great for occasional use in situations where dragging a hose to do one thing that isnt usually done all the time. examples: pressure washing a car, cleaning gutters, washing windows, washing pool filters in the driveway, carrying to other places for property management tasks, etc... Not worth $40 to get this but for $10, yes. Other comment - it comes with a nozzle that many reviews say throw away - dont. The other issue with these type of hoses is that under typical pressure, they expand around 3x. You only have a certain amount of water flow that you can use, otherwise the pressure drops and the hose shrinks. If you use a regular hose attachment, it puts out too much water and the pressure drops. So its not for use where you need a high flow of water either. Hope this helps people decide. Or spend $10 and try it to see how useful it is.

Thanks op. Picked up 4. At this price, will be substituting these for my standard hoses, which are a pain to unreel and reel several times a week. Also a pain to use standard hoses to clean gutters in prep for the rains. These are normally not as durable and also costs more, but for this price, flips the cost/benefit around.

I ran across town to two home Depots. First one just an empty box left second one is reporting 20 of them in stock and they can't find any of them not even the box itself
