I'm a bit new to these things. Do you still need to flip it mid-way cooking?

eBay and Best Buy (found on SD)had this past week the 10qt 130$ . 6qt meaning each bay is 3qt I can't see being very useful . I'm a single guy and cook for myself often I can't imagine 3qts being enuf. I own a 8qt dual bay and on occasion wish it was a bit bigger.

I love the convivence and the crisp of air frying, but the non-stick coating that covers every inch of the cooking surface is a concern; I can smell it every time I cook with it. Currently exploring a replacement options with the glass bottoms.

the picture shows the chicken stacked on top of each other, if I were to try that in my current air fryer the parts where they touch would all be gross and less cooked than the rest. I currently have to cook them in a single layer not touching and flip them over half way.

does ninja do a better job at this?

It's a good idea to, your food will come out better that way.
