this is a productivity monitor not really a gaming monitor even though it shares the panel with the Alienware.

Mine came out to $577, after a $102 coupon. I did the 'buy now / ask questions later'. Then, I started to read the reviews. For the most part, the reviews are great for image quality, but a sacrifice on ports and 120Hz for refresh rate. Still, for under $600, good bargain.

I canceled it. Yeah, it *IS* BS that Amazon varies the price, depending on who is buying. Seeing others being able to get it for lower price undermined my purchase. I am patient and will continue to wait.
