Never used PETG before, I know it's stronger but any downside of using it for display things I would otherwise use PLA?

it more susceptible to humidity. 99% of printing issues are because you need to dry it. Some people prefer it, others have constant issues. If you have a dryer you should be fine.

Nozzle and bed temperature is higher. Susceptible to detach from print bed. It is more flexible than PLA (PLA is brittle). I only use it to print functional parts (e.g. tool accessories)

odd I'm in NJ and every single color combo says it can't be shipped to my address, thought it was maybe for other countries, but guess it's available in the US, but not sure why not here. Is it sold out now when you check maybe get the same thing?

I just got an ad5x and printing petg in florida with no dryer and no issues. But, I'm not letting it set either. Opened packaging and printing constantly.
