• Difficult to open the charging case. Frustrating to open. I had to use my fingernail to pry it open. Affixed a peice of tape folded on itself to the bottom lid to help open
• No official app support for the Eli 2i fit (Android, ios) no ability to customize the touch control. Doesn't beep for touch control
• No multipoint
• Sound is good but goes bad at higher volume. Doesn't sound as clear as the Anker v20i
• No neck cord as seen in the review images
• Pairs quickly to the last connected device. I paired 3 devices. need to disconnect before you pair with another device
• Fit is comfortable even in bed. weight is balanced
•texture is slick, hard to grab hold of
good enough if you only have a single device. better options available for a few bucks more. Anker v20i are still, my go to in the open ear category.
