Unlike cooked takeout pizzas, you can use SNAP for these. It's too bad about so many Papa Murphy locations being shut down lately, but even sadder about SNAP.

Give to your local food pantries, folks! This will be over soon enough.

They've closed most of these in my area, but there are still three or four hanging on that I'm aware of. For take and bake, though, these are a different level of quality than the grocery store take and bake. The grocery store ones always come on a dry and bland crust whereas these have fresh dough, and that alone makes a world of difference.

This is a great deal so props but Papa Murphy's business model just has turned out to make zero sense, I'm surprised they've persisted to this point. The whole premise was to get into buildings that you couldn't do conventional pizza in by having customers 'take and bake' and basically saving a ton in overhead. But then you charge the same the other chains do, which almost defeats the entire purpose.

That said I guess I'll be having my 1st Papa Murph in some years

This deal is slick, but overall I think Papa Murphy's is overpriced for a pizza you still have to cook yourself.
