Idk about this one but one of these staples chairs was so ghetto the back mesh got loose after a couple months and started hitting the rear support. they sent me a new back under warranty and same thing. finally they just refunded me the chair

"Enjoy" it for a year or so then it hits the curb next to the trash can. $100 staples/officemax chairs are pretty much junk from day 1 unless you weigh 85 pounds.

Just got the chair and rug mat in today after ordering the chair on the 4th. The mat came flat so I didn't have to worry about it being warped so it sits perfectly flat on the carpet. The instructions were very simple and each step had a corresponding baggy to grab the exact bolts needed. One of the threads was a bit too short for the bolt to go all the way in for one of the arms but I was still able to get it on there securely. I got the chair for my wife (5'4, 120lbs) the chair doesn't go low enough for her so she's on her toes but she sits cross legged and the seat is a better size than I would have guessed so she has plenty of room. When I picked up the pieces and assembled them they had some heft to them and they didn't seem flimsy like other $70 and below chairs I have gotten in the past. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. I am sure if I really looked hard I could get a better deal but it came in her favorite color with a flat mat and it beat using the dining room chair we were using. All in all 8/10
