I owned a (curved) 32" G65B. I loved that monitor for a lot of different reasons except that it was VA panel without enough dimming zones. This model has a similar amount of very few dimming zones, I believe. So few, they're not even listed as a spec. With that said, there will be a lot of light bleed where the curve is most prominent. And for that reason I would not recommend a VA curved monitor that is not mini-led.

This could have been the perfect monitor had they at least implemented 100-200 dimming zones.

I bought one of these on the last deal. Very happy w/ it tbh! Great colors and still has good blacks. It's no oled but I don't have to worry about burn in if my kids play on it, or I'm on something that won't go 21:9. I was afraid the 1000r curve would be too much but I think it's great. This replaced my 34" ultrawide as I always felt that monitor needed just a little more vertical height. I wish it was mini led but I wanted a 5k2k now and this checked all the other boxes for me.the Picture in Picture dual source works pretty well actually. My son and I can game on the same monitor at the same time which is kind of a cool gimmick. EDIT: something to not though is that the pip dual mode only runs at 120hz. Not sure why or if that's even mentioned on Samsung's page

That's a good question. Sitting in front of it I've not seen any loss. I didn't notice anything glaring like on my VA tv - that thing has horrible viewing angles! I'll mess w/ it tnt and see what I see, sorry for the delay.

Thanks
With my chair the edge of the monitor and looking at it I see loss of saturation but i can still see the image quite clear and with color. Nothing like my v where color is lost and the image is hard to see. I'm not saying this is perfect but to my eyes it's quite good imo
