Word of warning, some of these might be display models and not returns. One in my store was marked excellent and it was well worn with no box.

Bigger word of warning, these are often returns because their firmware cannot be updated as HP never added this function to the monitor. And there is issues with it not working on win11, probably the reason for returns.

Open Box: BB online support answers are different than in-store responses. Online will promise the B&M can/will do certain things while B&M peeps act oblivious / genuinely don't know what online is talking about. Also, B&M will not honor that 'Excellent' should have included everything New should have had.

Upgraded today without issue through the hp display center. Win 11 set up. Display model bought with total protection plan.

The Firmware can be updated via the USB-C connection to computer (USB Hub). You have to use the HP Omen app with the correct cable to get it to work, I've had issues with using anything under a USB4 40Gps cable.
Otherwise, this is by far my favorite OLED monitor of this class. I've also got the Samsung G8 OLED, which already has burn-in.
