'View first unread' not working from User Control Panel for subforums with & in the title.

On the redesign clicking 'View first unread' takes you to the first post of a thread if the subforum has an ampersand in the title (Drugstore/Grocery B&M Deals + Discussion, or Contests & Sweepstakes) if done from the control panel.
