Compared to the other garbage LG had this is a really really good soundbar. I'm not sure if holds up against the q990d, those are still better but this is great if you have an LG tv because of LG orchestra/wowcast

Rtings say the Q990D has notably better surround and height. The Wow orchestra seems divisive on Reddit. Some love it and some hate it. Hard decision

To be fair, buying open box then not testing it during the return window is very very clearly user error not open box error..

There hundreds of people on marketplace and eBay selling this brand new for 60% or more off retail that got it with there purchase of a Lg g5 or LG C5

LG has already launched the new version of the S95TR so seems like stores are going to be unloading stocks. The new S95AR will be replacing this

I bought the "excellent" condition on-line, drove 1.5 hours to pick it up because they do not have shipping as an option. Upon arrival, they had the system available, however it was not as described as listed. The system only had the speakers, no remote, no power cords or other mounting brackets. They had another "excellent" open box in stock, however this was missing everything as mentioned above, had a dent in the sound bar, and worse yet, missing one of the rear speakers. Best Buy really dropped the ball on this item
