Edit: it also handles gusty winds with ease. It is a very stable drone.
Community Reviews
The refurbished Potensic Atom Fly More combo stands out as an easy, stable beginner drone with strong video quality, a 3 axis gimbal, return to home, and three batteries. It is described as very simple to fly, able to hover when controls are released, and steady in gusty wind. The main tradeoff is that it lacks collision avoidance sensors, so obstacle awareness is limited. Refurbished units have also arrived looking new, though the battery and charger contents should be checked carefully. A solid compact flyer if you want value and stability more than sensor protection.
Common Questions (5)
Yes, this exact Fly More outfit includes 3 batteries. The seller's bundle details and firsthand ownership comments both point to the 3-battery combo, which is why it stands out at this price.
Yes, it is described as very easy to fly and very stable, with hover-on-release behavior, return-to-home on signal loss, and one-button return if you panic. It also reportedly handles gusty winds well, which helps keep footage steady.
It can. The refurbished listing has reportedly shipped units that were brand new or overstock rather than visibly used, though the charger or accessories may still show signs of prior handling.
The video quality is reported to be very good, with one firsthand viewing of footage from this exact model described as surprisingly strong. The 3-axis gimbal on this version should also help keep shots smoother than earlier Atom SE/LT models without it.
No, the ATOM does not have collision avoidance sensors. That matters most for beginners or tight flying spaces, since you need to avoid obstacles manually.

The seller says refurbished, but both (SE and LT) I bought were brand new. Seemed more like overstock items. Do pay attention to what was shipped as the LT bundle I bought was supposed to have two batteries, but came with just one (standard). So I reached out and the seller did ship the extra battery separately to me.

Does the $480 combo with the new controller come with one battery or three batteries?
The price brackets are so far apart that it doesn't make sense to cross-shop. I wouldn't call it spending "a bit more".
