I have this exact outfit. VERY, easy to fly. All u have to do is let go of the controls and the drone will stop and just hover. If it loses radio signal, it comes back to you. If u lose track of it and panic????......push one button and it comes back to you. 3 batteries and an awesome drone that takes nice pics and video for $167???!!..... this is a STEAL.

Edit: it also handles gusty winds with ease. It is a very stable drone.

Potensic Atom are great drones. I have had the SE and LT models and they were all great. I am currently using Mini 3 and the two Atom models I had didn't have 3-axis gimbal so that was the only drawback on those. This model posted here does have the 3-axis gimbal. Other than that, great stable drones with excellent range.
The seller says refurbished, but both (SE and LT) I bought were brand new. Seemed more like overstock items. Do pay attention to what was shipped as the LT bundle I bought was supposed to have two batteries, but came with just one (standard). So I reached out and the seller did ship the extra battery separately to me.

No, the Neo doesn't have collision avoidance sensors, but it's so light weight and durable that I've smacked into trees and it's fine. The newly released Neo 2 does have sensors, but it's only sold in China and no word if it'll be sold in the US, due to um circumstances. The cheapest dedicated controller for the Neo or Neo 2 is like $140. Otherwise you can fly it short range with a phone app or in follow-me mode.

I would spend a bit more on the Atom 2. It's every bit as good as my DJI mini 2 and it has a lot more smart features plus Potensic has a new controller with a built-in screen that is releasing tomorrow for $280 or you can buy it with the Atom 2 for $480. I'm releasing a video review of the new controller at midnight tonight central time on my channel.

The price brackets are so far apart that it doesn't make sense to cross-shop. I wouldn't call it spending "a bit more".

That's with one battery. The fly more combo with the new PTD1 controller will be $599. These are the prices the Potensic told me. The listings are on Amazon but are not available yet. I was told they would be available at 8pm Pacific time tomorrow Nov 5th.
