Higher advertised suction: X30 claims 8,300 Pa vs the L20's 7,000 Pa.
Mop station enhancements: The X30 has "hot-water mop pad washing (up to ~60 °C / 140°F)" and more advanced auto-maintenance of the mop station.
More sophisticated obstacle/object recognition: For example X30 claims recognition of "up to 70 types of objects (shoes, cables, toys)".
The MopExtend™ / "RoboSwing" arm mechanism is emphasized more in X30 to improve reach into corners and under low furniture.
Same battery capacity (6,400 mAh claimed) but the X30 touts multi-floor, large area coverage.
So if you really value the cutting-edge mop station, better obstacle detection, and seemingly higher spec numbers, the X30 brings those extras.
