These issues won't get escalated by the overseas reps. It won't be reported as a tax issue but rather a customer satisfaction issue. They'll give you a concession but too many concessions will get you banned permanently. Tread wisely when getting refunds from Amazon.

Damn, hate to have missed this. I mainly use black for ease of painting and had a bigger project I was hoping to get cheap filament for.

Yeah, I ordered 93 rolls. Have received a little over half. I chatted with an Amazon rep about the sales tax issue and they seemed aware of it already and told me they've noted my account and once all orders have been delivered to reach back out to support and they will refund the tax difference in one bulk about. In my case, the extra taxes amounted to over 20% or probably an extra $65-$70 so yeah I'm going to have them correct it.
