So when I was using the Target app to scan the barcodes, it wasn't working. It only worked when I used the in-store scanning.

All the Halloween decorations and costumes at Target in Cupertino were 90% off. They had some stuff left, lots of mugs.

Usually they don't. You can scan the items in-store at the red podium scanners to see the in-store prices.

I stopped shopping at target. I am sure all the other big box stores are just as evil, but that boycott stuck for me.
I am sure I'll go back someday but it's starting to feel like a streak and I wanna see how long I can keep it

Women on my Facebook Target Clearance group said that their stores went to 90% off everything today, but that nothing is coming up as 90% off anymore at the register, so you have to find somebody nice enough to manually adjust it for you, like a manager. Anything not sold today is apparently getting salvaged (aka thrown away).
