- Proceed to apply your Zip Code or search by City/State and select your local/nearest store
- Select a time or place a future carryout order
- Next, on the top right, click on the Shopping Cart icon
- Then, click on the 'Add deal' link and proceed to apply promo code 67 and click on 'Submit'
- You will then get the following prompt: Finish building your deal: Add the required items to complete and apply this deal to your cart
- Proceed to make your order

EDIT: Just checked a different location nearby on the coast, and the price is $7.70--so that Calif location is getting the $1 surcharger.
