This vendor on aliexpress is not easy to deal with. I bought an e20 from them. Things were smooth. Then I bought another bike the f1l from them. The bike i got has a bent handle bar and the chain is making loud clicking noises when pedal. I recorded a video detailing the defects and send it to them. It took them 3 days for a reply. They offer me $30 to have it fix in a bike shop. I told them there is no way to replace the handle bar and fix the chain problem parts and labor for $30 in Los Angeles. Then they try to gaslight me saying every bike makes the chain noises which is normal for all bikes. I said I don't want your $30. I just want to return the defective bike. And they ask me to pay for the return shipping which is expensive since the bike is heavy. I now open a paypal case. And we will see what happens in the next couple of weeks. My recommendation is do not buy any heavy from aliexpress. Things can go south very quickly. This urlife vendor has horrible customer service and i highly doubt they will honor the 1 year warranty.

Happened to me when I ordered from Alibaba. The forks were manufactured at an angle and the wheel would just not fit inside the forks no matter what I did. The welds were crooked. Luckily the seller agreed to send me a new pair, but you're always gonna run these risks ordering direct from China (or even "Local" sellers on AliExpress).

This is the reality of buying off aliexpress, you get the price but not the support/warranty. Every issue I've had on aliexpress was pushback from seller, and unless aliexpress stepped in with a resolution they would not do anything to resolve concern. If you're used to hassle free amazon returns, that is NOT what you get with overseas aliexpress/alibaba

Can confirm, same thing happened to me with an E20 (bent fork) a few weeks ago. Had the same experience, but thankfully my paypal dispute went through and I got my money back.

I limit my purchases @ Ali to items like threads, needles, OBD II readers, IR temp gun, hand tools etc.... These items are usually defect free. Spending on electro mechanical devices over $90 can be risky, unless one is willing to file a dispute with the credit card company. Never pay using a debit card.

I wish I could sticky the following for everyone who buys bikes online: IF YOU BUY BOTTOM DOLLAR INTERNET BIKES, you had better understand how to do basic maintenance and repair tasks, and have the tools to do so.
You will have to adjust the derailleur limit screws, shifter cable, and maybe even the B-tension screw.
You will have to adjust and probably recenter the disc brakes.
You will have to make sure the stem, handlebars, pedals, and cranks are all tight.
You will have to make sure there is proper tension on the headset.
You may have to replace a part that gets damaged in shipping.
If you don't know what any of this means, and are not willing to learn, then you need to not buy bottom dollar Internet bikes!

It is about 99% odds that "chain clicking" just means you need to adjust the rear derailleur.
A replacement handlebar is under $30, and can be replaced with an Allen wrench and about 10 minutes.
If you are expecting bike shop service for a $240 ebike that is being dumped here at a loss because China is overproducing ebike components now, just like they overproduced regular bikes a few years ago (search for "bicycle graveyards" on Youtube), you will be continually disappointed.
I know you are a handy guy and I am a handy guy my self. This is not normal click. I have 6 bikes at home and none makes that kind of noise. Also this model i am referring to f1l is a single speed bike, no derailleur. So, the sound is not from the derailleur. It is not a normal sound.

The model i am having problems with is the f1l which is a single speed bike that does not have a derailleur. It is not the normal chain sound that every bike will make, but you are right about that we should not expect any custom service, after sale service, any warranty from these sellers on aliexpress.
