Tools are loose in the box, with the metal part inside a sandwich-bag type of baggie. OK, whatever. Ironically, the one set of pliers (6in pliers) i wanted the most were chipped at the end. Filed a return with aliexpress, and they're reviewing the request, but offered a partial refund which is more like a full refund. OK. I'd rather have non-defect pliers, but whatever.
