Commenters like the one you responded to normally don't have that answer. They just share their opinion and waddle out like they achieved something...

Stock up on the regular "Buttermilk" flavor - the box infront of me has 4g of sugar per serving (3 4" flapjacks).

Throw in with egg and use oat milk with flavoring instead of getting the flavored boxes.

Get plain "Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix". It has a bigger 1/2 cup serving size AND half the sugar. Not currently on sale at Walmart, but a good deal at Costco.
