Awesome deal. I did have a coupon to clip that gave 1.00 walmart cash when you buy 2 as well.

This is a very good deal.

There are always the virtuous "health" commenters that mention sugar content to make them feel superior over others, and then they leave without providing no alternatives. If the amount of sugar bothers you in the flavored mixes, just buy the original "Buttermilk" and use oat milk to slightly flavor. Definitely recommend adding at least an egg to the mix though.

What does the addition of an egg do, besides increase protein?

Costco has it for $12.89 for 72 ounces. Not a great deal.

Ha, so funny. Voluntarily offer a "recommendation," not explain it, and then passively-aggressively post a non-answer to a fair question about it. Now let me find that ignore button...

oh no!! :'(

I mean eggs are a pretty common ingredient in baking especially for pancakes. I think the oat milk was a bolder suggestion."Eggs provide structure, richness, and a fluffy texture to pancake-style flapjacks" according to the search result... Without an egg the result is a drier flapjack/pancake with a doughy flavor.

That helps. Will try it on these once they arrive. The extra protein is also nice.

Amen, they are so funny...and toxic. Complaining in every post for protein COOKIES and flavored PANCAKES about "pOoR MaCrOs." And if they don't whine about the sugar then they scream about the artificial sweeteners You mean the triple chocolate cheese cake flavored donut protein bites just might worse calorie:protein ratio than albacore? Who would have thunk it?

The other day someone was on a rant about how M&M style protein candy had too many calories and didn't "fill them up." No crap, it is 1.75 oz, it isn't a meal replacement. It is meant for people loading up on protein, it isn't a weight loss tool.

It's not about macros it's about taste. I like syrup on my pancakes. The original formulation tastes great. More than doubling the sugar is going to make it taste overly sweet with syrup. Maybe I will eat it with just a pat of butter.
Original 1/2 cup serving - 4g sugar
Pumpkin 1/3 cup serving - 9g sugar

I don't see Kodiak anything on their website, and this would be $11.44 for 72oz.

Good catch — that changes the math.

Let's factor in the $1 Walmart Cash rebate:

Kodiak Protein Power Cakes Pumpkin Mix (18 oz) – Buy 2 for $5.72

• Earn $1 Walmart Cash
= $4.72 net for 36 oz → 13.1¢/oz

Compare: Costco 3×24 oz (72 oz) for $12.89 → 17.9¢/oz
🔥 ~27% cheaper per ounce than Costco
Free shipping w/ Walmart+ or $35+ order.
Likely limited-time rollback — stock up while it lasts.

Don't know about the website, but I see it in store all the time. I bought a box for about 10 bucks awhile back, but it went back up to $12.89 soon after.
