the coconut filling is 60%-65% of the bars weight so not so much a chocolate lovers bar
it only has 25%-30% chocolate by weight and the nuts make up 5%-10% by weight

Correct. It is the Halloween candy and only some stores have any left, so it is YMMV. Amazon S&S is 15% off for me, so it is $3.38.
