i just updated from win10 to win11. it sucks. much slower. opening app is slow. occasionally File Explorer takes forever to open a window. this is an embarrassment if Microsoft ever care... luckily i got an image backup to restore from.
good luck everyone
Sounds like you might be a candidate to build a smaller Windows 11 ISO. A search for Nano11, Tiny11, or NTLite might help speed up your installed Win 11. And using the license key from an existing install or a new key should work just fine.

W11 is garbage. It's a free update to collect and sell your data. I tested W11 LTSC. Removed a lot of junks including Windows Defender (very difficult to permanently kill) and Edge. Memory load after boot = 1.2GB with 56 processes. Still significantly slower than W10, even with SSD. One cannot kill some garbage services because they are now crosslinked to WiFi and Computer Management.
Optimized W10 pulls 800MB with 46 services. Boot time is 12 seconds with SSD.
Why buy almost certainly fraudulent keys. Why pay someone to pirate it for you?
They are grey market, also there is a difference between buying a key from a reseller, and pirating it. If the FBI comes knocking you have paper trail that you did not sail the seas the obtain windows

Totally agree. SD should stop promoting at best greyware keys.
Either buy a legit license or just pirate the license using the very popular online tools that sound like a grave of many people.
Or.... Just run Windows unlicensed. Besides potentially having a watermark (easily hidden with certain wallpaper) and losing access to a few UI tweaks, it'll run unlicensed identically to "legit" Windows installs.
MS doesn't care how you run Windows as long as you do, they want you to build familiarity, send data, and sign up for their subscriptions that all start with Windows.

No one cares about pirated Windows, even MS doesn't care.
It's just a feeder to get you to sign up for their myriad of subscription services, that's why they basically give it away for free.
