Yes, says it'll charge after trial so best to set a reminder to cancel if you dont want it after.

You should be able to go into paypal and cancel the automatic payment after you sign up. Settings ->Payments->Automatic payments

Requires unique email if you used the offer before. If you don't have more than one email (anyone? anyone?), just use +tag for your gmail or other account that supports tagging (i.e, dynamic alias), or use hideyouremail if your on an apple device.
