That is a great price for a 77" OLED, if you can find one in your local costco. None of the Costco stores in my area have any in stock.
I've always been an LG fan (have a C7 65inch now), but if I could score this deal, with the 5 year warranty, I'd do it.
I do see a lot of comments on the Costco site about board failures, so that's something to be aware of. I suppose the 5 year warranty should give most people peace of mind for that potential.
the Samsung OLED appears to be QD-OLED vs the WOLED in LGs. Most (not all) of the info I've seen suggests the QD-OLED is better (brighter at least). The OS on the Samsung is Tizen, but if that's a concern, you can always use a Firestick for anything Tizen may lack.

$1,799 is the cost to have it shipped to you if there's not a warehouse near you. The in-store (not online) Costco price is $1,199.97

Do these discounted prices show up when you look at the stock for a specific warehouse? I see one 2h away from me for $1,800 but I wonder if that's the true price. Also, assuming it is $1,800, I assume they could eventually lower the price like the one here but I wonder how that's decided?

I got the g5, lg 95ar soundbar, portable speaker, free wall mount, and 5year panel warranty for $3k. If I didn't get that deal. I possibly would have gotten this.
