Not true at all I got a hauler and have had 2 small problems so far with the brakes and battery. They sent me new brakes immediately and replaced my battery within a few days. The bike is awesome otherwise

I have the Tyson and it's a great bike. I had my issues when I ordered it back in 2023, but I found their support to be slow but helpful. Be patient with them; send video, and wait for the Chinese workday to start. It's a slow process but you're not actually alone.

But that's only if there's a defect. Mine didn't have one, I just broke it in two places and they helped each time. Even the battery (though I paid for shipping).

My big issue with them was that the instructions were incorrect. I set it up myself and things did not match. I'd now recommend having REI or your local bike shop put it together and confirm it all works. If you're ever going 28mph, you'll want that confidence.


Great bikes. I'd get another if I needed two. Pass on the optional app upgrades, they are useless. The community can help you with quicker answers to your issues than the support.

Remember at this wattage most states require a drivers license and 16+ since it's an electric motorcycle. My city has started pulling over kids and school impounding for parents to pickup

For many places, 750w motor will put this in class 3. You dont need license for a class 3. And its legal to operate on the roads ,bike lanes etc. If you adjusted your setting to cap the speed under 20mph, you would not have an issue at all!!

The only thing I want to haul is a passengger, too bad this bike doesn't come with an option for a passenger seat.
