I had one of these and didn't like it at all. It doesn't pivot left-to-right at all and has click-stays for the up-down adjustment so its limiting how you can aim the fan. The only thing it really has going for it is the knob adjustment for fan speed, you can basically get about 20 different settings of fan speed using it. For $12 its worth it if you have V20 batteries but otherwise this fan is a crap design.
