That's ok I could never wear Dodger gear.
It's easy to miss deals if you don't see them when they are posted. You probably saw it as a recommended deal, which will never be perfect, though they are trying to improve how the recommendations work. If there are specific deals you're always interested in it's best to set up deal alerts.
This was worthy of FP, but I think timing of the post and localization prevented it from moving up.
This deal didn't get traction because 1) it was posted it at 9:00 PM PST at night when there are less people on SD & paying attention to new posts, 2) it only applied to So. Cal. (well, not San Diego), 3) it mentioned Dodgers which could turn off some, especially those in the other parts of the country. It received an early thumbs down probably from #2 or 3, which, after time goes by, makes it difficult to recover and get enough traction to move into the "Popular" category.
