I'm actually interested in a 2 or 3 KW model as well but Everytime a deal comes up on one of those I do the math and 2x $350 or 3x $350 is always cheaper than the sale price on the bigger unit, making it very hard to justify considering I have no real need for a higher max wattage. More smaller units= more flexibility and a lot more portability.

Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 is a compact LiFePO4 power station that fits camping, fridge backup, and light outage duty. It can run a refrigerator for hours, keep a heating pad going for multiple nights, and power USB C laptops more efficiently than using the AC adapter. The unit is very quiet on the low setting and works well for bedroom use or as a short UPS bridge. Main limits are the tight DC8020 solar ports, modest solar input of up to 400W, and runtime that drops fast on high draw loads like heaters or gaming laptops.

These things are around 78-81% efficient, so around 3.5 hours in real life

TLDR:
You plug your power strip into your Jackery and your Jackery into a power outlet.
You can set your Jackery to max out the battery life at around 85%, so that the battery can last for a lot more charging/cycles without losing so much capacity. Battery degrade will always be somewhat of an issue, but you would be keeping a Jackery device specifically as a UPS for those sensitive devices, the switcherover time of 20ms (at the point you lose power or unplug the Jackery) is pretty good for a lot of things.
This guy shows it working well with home network devices and hard drives:

For Eco-flow, it has undocumented minimum DC input. I forgot which it was 20w or volt, it wouldn't charge below that. Jack didn't have that problem, at least not awared of. If your DC input is high anyway, then Eco-flow would work for you really well.
For Anker, I went into problem that it couldn't charge AC to the spec., 1000w or something, I think I got it to charge <600w or 1200w specifically with the ultra charge switch. That problem went away after I updated firmware or after reset. But I feel it struggle a little to AC charge it like 1kw, it goes like 986w, or something like that.
Oh, Anker(order model) & eco-flow is expandable, you might not need that expansion anyway for costly and being smaller model. I didn't pay attention, but Andy has TT30 out, not sure if Jacky or Eddy has them.
for spec wise:
Jacky: 1070wh battery,1.5kw ac inverter,DC30v(2x200w) max input,ups 20ms delay
Andy(gen2): 1024wh battery,2kw ac inverter,DC60v(600w) max input,ups 10ms delay
