Yes, if you count the battle droids as minifigs. This is about $10 off of what the total cost would be if you bought the 3 sets all individually (depending on the sale prices)

I'm admittedly not a huge fan of the prequel era, but this feels kinda meh, especially on a cost per piece basis. The piece count is still in the low 400s.
