This is a 4 line T Mobile Essentials promo that pairs four iPhone 17s with about $100 a month for 24 months, best for families willing to port in and keep all lines active. The strongest upside is the phone value, with no trade in required and Costco or Sam's Club sometimes adding activation fee waivers and gift cards. Taxes, fees, and device taxes still apply, and some orders hit down payments or higher first bills. Port in rules are strict, with prepaid, MVNO, recent T Mobile, and non qualifying numbers often rejected, so the fine print matters.
Costco kiosk orders can waive the $35 activation fee per line and still provide Costco gift cards.
Porting can complete quickly after phones arrive, and number transfers can happen immediately for SIM or eSIM activation.
Bill credits are delivered over 24 months, which can spread the device discount across the full term.
Porting out and then porting back in can reportedly help trigger the promo when bill credits are involved.
Promo eligibility can be denied or mishandled when port-in sources are prepaid/MVNOs or when eligibility checks are inconsistent.
Taxes and fees are excluded from the advertised monthly price and T-Mobile may add miscellaneous extra fees.
The Essentials plan can include slow speed hotspot and limited international or satellite connectivity.
AutoPay discount eligibility can require the full bill to come from a checking or bank account, and credit-card payment can remove the discount.

"Unlimited Deal β 3 Lines for $85/Month β Get three lines of Unlimited for $85/month, with a price that's locked in as long as you stay!"
This magically DIDN'T stay "locked in as long as you stay" and turned into $110/mo for me when I had exactly that, had been with T-Mobile for like 12 years and had just had enough with the constant lies, along with all of the constant data breaches.
Ironically I went to Mint Mobile, which is still T-Mobile really, and just pay the $15/mo unlimited with no bells and whistles, but since United Airlines is going to free Starlink (no need for the T-Mobile inflight WiFi bonus), and the cost savings per month make up way more than things like "Netflix on us", there was just no point anymore, and I'll deal with the deprioritized data which is a little annoying at times, but ultimately, my life isn't greatly affected by it.
