If you have nothing keeping you on (like bill credits), port out to Tello, then port back in. I've done this a couple times with good results.

Believe you would need to port out for 90 days and then come back as a new customer.

You can always wait for the Google Fi deal for unlimited at ~$12.50 if you port in four lines. $50 for four lines of unlimited everything, 50GB high speed prioritized, 25GB hotspot is crazy

A couple days ago, I ported in 4 lines from AT&T, at the Costco T-Mobile booth, no trade in, we got $1000 credit towards each IPhone 17 Pro and each line also will receive a $250 visa gift card and a $200 Costco gift card. We also got a 20% discount on the the top service plan (Beyond) Total cost per phone, service and taxes is about $39.25 a month for 24 months, or $942 total cost each line.

Just make sure you're prepared for the actual cost of your bill. I recently came in under the same deal with the Insider 20% off discount. You're going to be paying $215 per month for 4 lines on Experience Beyond with the 3rd line free. You're then going to get 20% off that so you're looking at about $172 per month + $20 in taxes and fees if not more. So realistically $192 per month or $48 per line before deducting for any gift cards or other offers you may be including in the price per line you mentioned. Plus you have to factor in the additional $16 (or more) you'll be paying per month for the difference in price of the 4x iPhone Pro's unless you paid the difference upfront as a down deposit. So potentially $208 per month in realistic bill total (plan + taxes/fees + remaining installment balance).

Just checked, the deal seems to be reduced now to $830 instead of $1000 without trade-in. Credit of $34.59 over 24 months. Promo R392.

new lines

1. used 3 old phones to activate xfinity additoinal 3 lines - all new numbers and received portout code - same code for all 4 lines (30 min)
2. went to costco (30 min)
3. ported all 4 xfinity lines (1 old 3 new) to tmobile (30 min)
4. activated all 4 "tmobile" numbers ported from xfinity on my existing phones (same phones that i used for xfinity) (30 min)
5. waiting for the iphones to be shipped (once received I will move the service to new phones) approx a week
If iphone 17s are eSIMs, how were you able to activate tmobile numbers with old xfinity phones? Can you clarify

I purchased this deal at Costco 2 weeks ago and my 4 new iphone 17 have just arrived. I am porting over 4 lines from xfinity mobile. 1 of these lines was just activated 2 weeks ago. Can I port this line over? I get conflicting answers from one COstco TMobile location to another. One says it has to be at least 90 days in order to port over. Aditionally My wife chatted with TMO online and that person said no such requirement. Who am I to believe??? Can anyone here say definitively whether or not there is such a constraint on the number of days that a line must be active in order to qualify for this deal? Helpppppppppppppp and thanks.

Warning with bait switch practices from sales agents.

They sell you on the fact that you get 3rd line free on a 4 line account AND you can stack Work Perks discount of 15%.

However once you port in and go through the entire process, you have to call in to activate your Work Perks and thats when they tell you, you can't stack Work Perks with any other discount, which includes the 3rd line free.

The sales agents apparently don't know this and sell you on the final price of 3rd line free + work perks but this is not accurate and a very predatory practice.

I see Verizon is making Tmobile sweat. Love how they forced a friend of mine to leave over a $90 plan to a $120 plan change (with no new phones) but now is trying to get people back with a better offer with phone included.
I just signed up with Verizon $100 + fees for 4 new iPhones 17 PRO. I have been with T-Mobile for over 18 years and now it started to felt like they don't give a beep about their loyal customers so it was time to say BYE!! I was paying $80 for 3 lines but it's still worth switching for 4 pros!

Avoid T Mobile. Did a bait and switch on me. Customer service is terrible and don't take care of their customers.

I second this. Their customer service has gotten so bad it's not even funny. You'll only be "laughing" in frustration. Bait and switch is common. Also, the Essential Plan is garbage and does not include hotspot. They're no longer the "uncarrier" company that they were under the previous CEO.

Data? 5GB/Month
He was talking about the recent Mint deal of $15/mo for unlimited (effectively 35GB/mo iirc). But only for the first year. After 1 yr it becomes $30 I believe.
